Abstract
Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma is an uncommon and benign vascular proliferation with multinucleate cells of unknown etiology. We report a 58-year-old man presented with asymptomatic grouped violaceous papules on the right forearm for 2 years. Histologically, dermal vascular proliferation is associated with fibrous stroma and multinucleate cells. Immunohistochemical studies showed multinucleated cells are positive for factor 13a and CD68. CD34-positive small vessels are also seen. The final diagnosis was established as multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma.
