Abstract
Necrobiosis lipoidica (NL) is a rare chronic granulomatous dermatitis characterized by brownish?red papules and yellowish plaques with atrophic centers, which usually located in the pretibial area. But sometimes observed atypical localization: on the trunk, upper extremities, and face/scalp, which diagnosis very late. There are very few reported cases of atypical localization of necrobiosis lipoidica. Here we report clinic case of male 45 years old patient with atypical localization necrobiosis lipoidica on the scalp.
